Jackie Reid Jackie Reid - As far back as I can remember, I loved to create. My earliest memory is from kindergarden, where I colored in a butterfly with such determination to be unique that I hid my creation from the boy next to me, who watched closely for my next color choice so he could choose the same. I've experimented with just about every medium imaginable, but I fell in love with creating jewelry when I took a basic wire wrapping class at a local bead store. Ever since that day, my obsession with creating unique pieces has continued to blossom. What once started as a creative outlet in a guest bedroom has since expanded into a fully equipped studio where I solder, cut, hammer and fuse a variety of materials that make up my unique jewelry designs.

Karen Casey Karen Casey is a Durham NC artist who has studied and experimented with stained glass for nearly 20 years and fusing for nearly 8 years. Karen's creations include a multi-colored selection of earrings, pendants and bracelets. In addition to unique jewelry designs, she also makes vases, candle holders, plates, bowls, clocks, mirrors, tables, hair adornments and funky art pieces just for pleasure! A combination of dichroic glass and other fusible glass give them their unique look and make each piece one of a kind.

In addition to being an artist, Karen is a speech language pathologist with the specialty of augmentative communication. When she is not working or making glass creations Karen plays in a West African drum group.

Susan Frosch Susan Frosch is an imaginative jewelry designer, stained glass artist, photographer and accidental potter. Driven by a passion for self-expression through art, her works are often noted for their unusual approach. Susan's use of vibrant colors and expressive form give her art a strong emotive quality.

Also trained in graphic arts, Susan is adept at creating commercial works and easily communicates the vision of her clients. Her illustrations have appeared in a vast array of marketing materials worldwide. Her floral, event & prop designs have delighted both individuals and corporations, in major cities across the country.

After many years in a corporate environment, Susan chose to leave that lifestyle and to return to more creative pursuits. She lives & works in Downtown Durham, NC & couldn't be happier to have landed in a city with such a progressive atmosphere and cool art scene.
